"!!!Must see review!!! Flithy, unprofessional, rude, and dirty! The place is old, their products are dried up, and they have stains on the towels!  They don't use sanitized and sealed  instruments. Their work stations have build up of germs, grime, dirt, fungus and used products. I got gels nails there. The tech swore she was the best and my gel would not lift and last 2 weeks as long as I didn't use harsh cleaning products and wear gloves with cooking?!? The gel lifted day 1. By day 2, it was worse. I told the man at the front desk that the gel is lifting after 1 day, and I would like them to correct the problem, or refund my money. Jennifer Thurong license (so called manager who's license I will be reporting to the state) chimed in while she was doing someone else's nails, and said she would replace it with gel and nothing else. I told her the products she used is inferior and not working. Why would I want the same product thats obviously not working. I asked if she could do dip nails or acrylic as an alternative. She refused.  She began to yell "no refund for you" at me infront of her customer she was working on. She raised her hand, took her mask off yelling and spitting at me, waving her arms, and told me to call the cops on her. She was more upset than me, lol. If you want to get a fungus from flith, possible COVID from the manager yelling and spitting at you, and no accountability to rectify a problem they created, then go to Lovely Nails!"

"Once we walked in, my husband and I were greeted, staff very friendly and took their time with our pedicures. Talked to us. Some were actually from the same place we were from which is California Bay Area. Friendly and professional"

"I made the mistake of going here one time. It will be my first and last trip all in one. Nail tech woman was nice. She seemed to understand what I wanted when I explained I want my SNS full set taken off, to then get a full pink and white set. To in detail describe all in all what went wrong with my nails.... acrylic way too thick height wise off of my nail bed, I asked for thin white tips (more pink, for a more natural look), I got more white tip than pink, lines were NOT neat or clean. As I mentioned these things along the way I felt I was talked to as if I was getting my nails done for the first time and I was being fooled into an expensive price for a garbage nail job. I was charged $10 to take my previous set off.... it took 25 min to take off. I was ignored or talked over when I pointed out things that I did not like/bothered me. Most upsetting thing of all was I left with super glue all over my hands. I mentioned once I needed acetone on a cotton pad or cotton ball to take the glue off. She instead said oil would work. She pointed and said “look oil is gone”.... I washed my hands for the third time and was so frustrated I still had glue and acrylic stuck all over. I left cash for my bill and left immediately. Left disappointed, upset, and annoyed. Not worth the $$ or how long they take. If anyone wants to go somewhere near by go to BLISS nail salon off of big bend. I am a loyal customer to them other than this one time. Never will I go somewhere different again!!!!!"

"I will never go here again. Went there to have my nails taken off and get a pedicure. The guy charged me $20 extra for gel on my toes. Then he broke my real nails under the nails he was trying to take off. I ended up just telling him to stop because I couldn't take the pain anymore. I ended up leaving with acrylic nails still on some fingers and broken real nails"
