"Very friendly staff. William offered refreshments such as bottled water, soda etc during services. Kim was my nail tech. She was very detailed in her work and personable. Services received included manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I enjoyed the hand massage that came with the manicure. I appreciated her correcting minor mistakes before I could point them out. I don't hesitate to patronize businesses that provide great level of service."

"I decided to come to this place because it had great reviews even though the price is higher then where I usually go. I called in for appointments for 330. I get a young man. He only said three things to me what color, length of nail, and shape that I wanted my nails. I said kinda short. He made them as short as my actual nail. I didn't say anything because I didn't want him to take them a file my nail again because they were already thin. He part such a think layer on my nails I thought he was going to file it down like most place do to make sure it's smooth and even. I even said they were really think. Instead of him filing down he starting painting again not saying anything. I tell him that the polish don't like what I picked and his response was that is what you picked. I ask if he could put like a gold or silver shimmer on my nails he showed me the example I agree. He took my hand a start filing the top layer of my nails with box filer and was scrapping my fingers as well it didn't seem to bother him that he was hurting me. Then he puts a slappy layer of silver on my nails. I never had someone roll there eyes over a tip I gave him a tip still but I guess it wasn't big enough for him. I don't see me going back again."

"I am sad I have to do this because this is the second horrible experience I had there and I wanted to like them so much. I have been coming here since they opened and this was the final straw for me. I was getting a pedicure and wanted a new set of acrylics. As I was getting my pedicure a young boy maybe 20 came over and started pulling off the acrylics I already had on with a spare nail. I wanted to say something but waited as maybe they would come off easily. Well they didn’t and he ended up hurting me very badly and peeked off my nail and it ended up taking the corner of my skin on my finger with it. I know that they are supposed to let them soak and take off with the tools but it was too late. Thank goodness he had just started. I tried to be as polite and nice about my bleeding finger as I could. I decided enough was enough and I wasn’t going to get my full set anymore to avoid anything worse happening. I agreed to a deluxe pedicure and they ended up claiming I got a luxurious and would not change the price and even ended up not taking off the 10% as this was the monthly special. Not only did they leave me with a bleeding finger but wouldn’t even clean up the mess created by trying to soak off the other nails. Not only was I extremely uncomfortable during my pedicure but the owner William who rang me out clearly charged me for a pedicure I never received and I didn’t get an apology or acknowledgment of what happened. The first time the tech did a full set and the polish bubbled on my nail and I had to go back and have them redo."

"One of the newer nail salons in the area, very clean. However I would not recommend. The first time here was a very good experience so I chose to come back. Extremely overpriced for the services rendered. The basic pedicure is just that… BASIC $35 which you could honestly do yourself (you don’t even get hot towels with it). Drills are used to do most of the work rather than using tools to get the dead skin from under your nails. I was not even asked what type of pedicure I liked until I picked up the brochure myself and that was a while after the pedicure started. I don’t even have any words for my nails. I opted for dip and they’re extremely THIN. I always get dip and mentioned the fact that maybe they’re too thin and he insisted that it’s not and if I have any problems to just come back (very inconsiderate being that I was there for a while). Only 2 coats and I had to ask for more on a few nails because they didn’t cover my nail bed all the way. The surfaces are very uneven and the bottom of my nails have so much glue that should have been cleaned prior to me leaving. Be sure to check your fees for the services at checkout because you may be overcharged. I had a question about a price that was listed differently on the receipt at checkout and he told me that he knows what he is doing and would not overcharge. I’d rather drive an hour away for better quality and prices than come here again."

"So my nails LOOK great! Honestly, this is the best quality set I’ve ever had. So, I love how they turned out. However, my hands hurt SO bad. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. I wish I wasn’t in pain because I’d love to have this quality nail with better care for my poor fingers. The staff was very nice & the place was lovely otherwise. I really contemplated even posting this because everything else was so wonderful, but I do feel like it’s important that this be brought to their attention & the attention of consumers reading this. I was also charged an extra $30 for the stones you see on my one finger, which I think is pretty wild. I don’t get my nails done often enough to be up to date on prices though. So, maybe that is normal and I’m just out of the loop. Also, $35 for the pedicure itself and then an extra $22 for gel + French. In total for the full set(ombré) + pedicure (gel/french) I paid $150 + 20% tip."
