"I wouldn't go to any other nail salon. Vicky is the best tech around. She doesn't shy away from any new design ideas. The entire salon is very clean and they have very high standards. There prices are also very competitive."
"I have been going to the grand nail spa for the past year or so and up until the last few times have had great experiences. I kept going back hoping the quality would return, but the last 2 manicures I had to go back after 3 days and get my gel redone because of the poor job done the first time. I have had to file my own nails and my gel pedicure is not only on my nails but also the skin of my toes. I Finally decided to just get the chipped gel taken off instead of hoping for it to be good again, and they then tried to charge me $18 to fix A problem I shouldn’t even have to deal with if they did a good job! some of the nail technicians there do a great job, but if you are unlucky like I have been the last 3-4 times it is very frustrating. You cannot justify the price to be frustrating and have to spend time and money going back after less than a week."
