"Mofe is an amazing loctician. If you can deal with someone who is late frequently but will penalize you the one time you’re late. Who reschedules appointments at the last minute (10 pm) so she can go on dates and just treats everyone with general disdain then go for it. I dealt with her for 10 years because I only had to deal with it every 5-6 weeks and she was the one who installed my sister locs BUT last month she attempted to reschedule an appointment at the last minute I told her I was unable to do that. She offered no recourse. The appointment was cancelled. Yesterday She charged me $350 (twice as much) because my hair was overdue even after I took it upon myself to try and get back in after she was the reason for the cancellation and she offered no recourse. It’s not even about the money at this point it’s about the principle. I deserve a stylist who appreciates the THOUSANDS I’ve spent and how loyal I’ve been while dealing with her terrible personality. She does business over your head most of the time arguing, can’t keep any staff without them having serious beef and tries to make you feel like she’s better or smarter than you. Find someone who will value you."
