"I have tried and tried and tried to give this place a chance since it’s close to me and usually easy to get an appointment. So inconsistent. The last time I specifically asked on my appointment notes to not have a certain stylist (due to an experience I can only explain as I thought I was being punk’d) only to get her and then she ripped out my sew-in in hair extensions by yanking on my head too much. Every single time I go - I tell myself not to return, this time I’ve learned my lesson."
"First time to dry bar and won’t be back. I booked a blowout and scalp massage. When I got there I asked about the tonic scalp add on. The girl was nice but not informative at all. I got it anyway just to see how it might help. Scalp massage wasn’t a massage at all. Just a regular wash. Blow dry was extremely frizzy after. When I got to my car I started running my hands through my hair and there were still wet parts. For $70 and a 25% tip this wasn’t worth it at all."

"I will not be coming back to this store. I had a $20 off card and it was expired. I was unaware of this. Most places take expired coupons what is $20 off especially with this economy do you really want to loose a valued customer that comes often and buys products and blowouts ? I would think not. This is bad business. People are very sensitive how they spend their money."
"This was my first time ever getting a blow out and I cannot recommend Destiny enough! Not only was she very sweet but she also made my hair look the best it ever has for my special event. I got so many compliments!! Will most definitely be back to see her for any and all upcoming events :)"
