"Got a manicure with gel and paid $45 plus tip (which I thought was only $35) a few days later my nails were all chipping. Went back in to have them fix it and the owner did. The next day it chipped again. Not even a week and all my polish was chipping. I just paid $50 for my nails with tip. So I went back in the get new gel on my nails after the week for them to charge me another $30 just to put gel on (not a manicure). Here we are not even a week later and my nails are chipping and they have a yellow tent to them. If they cared about their customers they wouldn't have charged me to get new gel, because obviously the nail polish is old or they aren't using good quality products. I will not be returning to this nail salon I've been getting my nails done for years and this doesn't ever happen. Depending on what tech you get, they charge you what they want. Very unhappy customer. The products they are using must be cheap. I did speak with you. It doesn't give me the option the respond back to you."
