"If I could give no stars I would. His service seems good for the price, but his real price did not match the prices on the website. He said he vacuums your pool but repeatedly kept leaving his Kreepy crawler in my pool even after I asked him not to. After the hurricane he tried to charge me $1500 to clean out my pool, needless to say my flight ad car rental was less than half of that. After seeing this poor service and digging his creepy out of my messy pool, I cancelled my service in October. Several months later I discovered that I sent him a check by mistake 4 months after not using him and I asked for the $99 back. He told he that he did not own the company any more and had actually moved out of Florida and he would contact the new owner to refund me. Really?? I got your email from the website Darren, traced my check back and saw it was cashed by Darren Simpson. I guess the fraudster still does own the company. I kindly gave him 5 days to drop a check off at my house and he gave me the same bogus story. This guy is a fraud and a cheat and I would never let him anywhere near my pool again. Avoid if possible !!!"
"Darren and his staff go above the call of duty. They clean several of our pools and perform repairs and upgrades on many of our other pools. We recommend only a few service companies to friends and clients and Pool Perfection is one of the few that were happy to recommend. Keep up the good work guys.. If its pool related from pumps, to automation to weekly's, you can be sure Pool Perfection has you covered."
