"I have been coming to this nail salon for years and have always had a great experience. For the last year I have been seeing Angie and I always come in with nail inspiration pictures and she nails it every time *no pun intended lol*, her attention to detail is amazing! (photos below for reference). She is so sweet and we have such great conversation while she is doing my services. Also, my Mom has began seeing Angie and loves her nails so much! All of the nail techs who work there, including Young, who works at the front desk are always very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place!"

"I am not from Orlando and was in town for work and had some free time. Got my nails done here on a Saturday and not even 4 days later I have three nails cracked across, 7 nails crushed in at the nail beds and multiple nails lifting already. I get dip every two weeks and have never had one of these things happen! These are also my real nails and multiple times in my appointment I had to pull away because the nail drill was hurting/ burning me. I should have left then but didn’t want to be rude. Had to get them redone not even a week later. What a waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I've been here many times, and I consistently experience overcharging. During my last visit for acrylic nails and a simple design, I was meticulous with my spending, yet I ended up paying $107, excluding the tip. I consulted with several other nail technicians who confirmed I was overcharged by at least $25. To make matters worse, my nails began to break just two days after the appointment, and two more broke while I was simply typing on a laptop. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I won't be returning to this salon."

"Wrecked my big toe. The lady didn’t want to be there and dug too deep to clean out both sides of the nail during my pedicure. It hurt and then started to bleed a little on the left side but I honestly didn’t think much of it. I could tell she was upset about being there and they were really busy. Then it started to bruise two days later. Now 4 weeks in 1/3 of the nail is completely detached. I hate leaving this review because reviews are pivotal to a business’s traffic but it’s not acceptable to allow someone to be doing this to people. It was the second time I went in and I had the same person. Both times a bad experience - her with a bad attitude didn’t want to talk. My fault for not asking around and getting a better tech - but the salon needs to reprimand or let this lady go. Go with a Russian / Ukrainian Manicure like Luxy. It’s twice as much but this ^ was much more time and money to fix a problem that shouldn’t have happened. If you still want to go here make sure you know someone to vouch for the person doing the nails."
