"I cannot say enough about the beautiful business Marcia and her husband have created. We used Beautiful Kreations for our wedding florals and were just WOWED. Marcia was fantastic to work with and was a quick, prompt communicator. She ensured every detail I wanted in my bouquets were present. She also worked with us on pricing to reuse and re-configure some arrangements for the reception. Guests were constantly commenting on how gorgeous the flowers were. We also rented the greenery wall to hang our neon sign on as a backdrop for our photobooth and it was a HUGE hit. I cannot recommend this business enough!"

"I cannot begin to express how stunning our event was thanks to Marcia's hard work and talent! She is an artist and an absolutely amazing professional who I loved working with! When I first started planning our wedding, all the florists I spoke to told me they could not make my vision happen within the confines of our budget. Marcia was the first and only florist who did not laugh at me when I showed her my inspiration and discussed our budget. She promised that she would bring our vision to life and in the end, what Marcia produced was more beautiful than we could have even imagined! EVERYONE complemented Marcia's work for both our ceremony and reception. Not only is Marcia insanely talented, but she is extremely responsive and professional. We had a million last minute changes due to the pandemic and Marcia was accommodating throughout it all. From the outset, I wanted to work with vendors who would treat our wedding as a priority and I can say that Marcia did that 150%. I plan on hiring Marcia from Beautiful Kreations again for any and all events we have in the future and strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to make their special day truly unforgettable!"

"Marcia is absolutely wonderful! I loved working with her to create our dream floral arrangements! I sent several inspiration photos to Marcia and she took them and ran with them. I was looking for a florist who was creative and didn't need much guidance, so Marcia was a fantastic pick for us. From the inspiration photos, she let us know immediately that some of the specific flowers might not be available in November, but that she would maintain the vibe of the florals--and that she did! The color schemes, some specific flowers, and shape of the floral arrangements were exactly the vibe I was looking for even if the specific flowers weren't in season. She worked with our budget and itemized each arrangement so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Our florals and tablescapes came out magnificently!!! Marcia is incredibly responsive and was early for our walkthrough (which is impressive with Miami traffic!). Such a pleasure to work with someone who has such a passion for her craft! 10/10!"

"Jan 9, 2021 wedding in Coral Gables, Florida. Pros: Marcia was very available and communicative. I also asked to remove 1 type of flower from the bouquets within 1 week of the wedding and she did it without hesitation. However: We received the flowers about 2 hours before the ceremony. I ordered 6 boutonnieres, 1 bridal bouquet, and 4 bridesmaid bouquets. Bouquets were supposed to contain white orchids -- the big, beautiful ones. The bridal bouquet did not look much like the photos I sent her and there was 1 row of the actual orchids I wanted on the right side of the bouquet, making it completely asymmetric. I even asked the delivery person if this was supposed to be asymmetric and he said that it is part of Marcia's creative process... Two of my bridesmaids actually went to the store to buy more orchids to make the bouquet look symmetric and nice. Boutonnieres: arrived greenish, wilted, and 1 was actually torn. One of my bridesmaids (who has worked in event planning for luxury hotels for many years) called Marcia, as these boutonnieres were unacceptable. They were on the phone for 10 minutes 21 seconds and Marcia never once apologized and actually told my bridesmaid to google what different species of orchids look like. Finally she agreed to send more boutonnieres. When the new boutonnieres arrived, the door to our Airbnb was open due to people loading items into vehicles. The delivery person walked into the house with no announcement of who he was, threw the new box of boutonnieres on a table with 1 branch of orchids and literally walked out. He walked back in with his cell phone to take a photo proving that they were delivered (again just walking through the door unannounced) and departed. This was witnessed by several people, including my makeup artist who actually asked me the name of this company so she would know for future reference. TL;DR: I paid about $784.58 for unusable boutonnieres that had to be replaced, several ugly bouquets that had to be altered by my bridesmaids at the last minute, and rude customer service. Maybe other brides will have a better experience but I cannot recommend her myself."
