"Asked for short acrylic, walked out with long gel x and a fee for the shape of my nails despite the shape already being made by the press on and being told they couldn't make my nails any shorter because it wouldn't look good so now I'm filing them down myself cause they're so long :/"
"This place is filthy and be very careful because it looks like they don’t sanitize anything. The minute I went there I had a lady with an attitude. I asked her for a the prize of a filling and she said it was $35.00. By the time I said if she could cut my nails and not to hurt me while filing my nails, she got upset. By the time I went to pay, because she thought I wouldn’t give her a tip, and because of her sucky attitude, she charged me extra for cutting my nails. I honestly never heard of that. I honestly, am a good tipper. I usually give a tip of $10.00 if they are nice and because I was still nice after the fact, I still gave her a tip of $5.00 even though she ended up charging me $40.00 for a filling. For those that go there, make sure you clarify the full price before you pay or else, they will take your little extra money. It’s sad! Go somewhere else!"
