"Have gone to this location a few times without issue, but the most recent time will be my last. Had someone I haven't seen in there before cut my hair and after I had started I realized her station was a mess and had hair from the previous person she worked with all over her workstation. She was having trouble with her clippers since they weren't charged. I think she was too focused on the clippers and my head was completely uneven. I asked her to even it out and she went overboard on the side that just had a little too much fluff. One side had a perfect fade while the other had a straight line. Before any more damage could be done I was able to get another stylist to even everything out. Shorter than I wanted and a slight patch that is too small on the side of my head, but I will give credit to the other stylist for fixing it as best she could. The stylist that evened everything out for me also had a clean workstation. So it might have just been an issue with the stylist I started with. If you do decide to go here. Avoid the older woman. Her station was the first one on the right behind the register."

"I started going to Great Clips when I moved to the area 2019. I always went to a barber and had a stigma that places like this would mess you up with a bad cut. To be honest for what I need, they are great. It's in the name. Everyone here can cut really well, including clipper with fades. Their staff can cut all types of hair. Don't go looking for the crispy edges that a barber with a straight edge would give you. But you also won't have to wait for hours, listen to the barber talk on the phone while cutting your hair. Also, you won't have to pay the outrageous barber fee's $75-$100 for a cut?!?! Really? I'll stick with my online check-in and my $10.99 discount card. If not, I'll do it myself like during Covid. At the end of the day, a great cut for a great price."

"Usually I’ve had no issues with great clips. I took my son there last minute to get his haircut. The woman who cut his hair did such a horrible job! I showed her the photo beforehand and when she finished cutting his hair, it was nothing like the photo and the hair was shaved uneven on one side. And the layering was awful. I now have to grow out his hair just to be able to have it cut properly now. Horrible job. I would never go there again. They are lucky I didn’t ask for a refund The great clips in St Cloud is a much better."
