"My mother recently visited this place and spent over $200 on highlights and dye for her hair. When she got home, she put her hair in a ponytail, and then realized the hairdresser had not covered the white hair in the front! We went to the salon the next day to talk to her and she did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to come out and see us. Instead, she sent the receptionist to tell us she could not see us because she was with another client, and I could wait one or two hours if I wanted to see her. I think it’s very unprofessional and irresponsible of her not to acknowledge that she didn’t do her job properly. They have certainly lost a customer."
