"Watch out for this place, they tried to scam my parents out of $3k for services that they never performed. My parents called for repairs on their pool and were told they were on a six week wait list. After eight weeks, nothing. So they called back and were told again, it would be a few weeks. Two weeks later they were sent a bill for $3k and Gully Pool Services were adamant that they pay even though no one had ever showed up to even look at the job. Very unprofessional, especially for a business that is rated so highly!"

"We are snowbirds from Toronto with a home here in North Naples. Our pool heat pump died the other week and the wires were totally burnt out. I feared I would have to replace this unit and was disappointed when I saw it would likely run me about $4 or $5,000. I began searching the internet where I came across an advertisement for Gully Pool Services which has been offering pool repair service in Fort Myers since 1959. They offered quick service for both repairs and sales. I left a webpage inquiry asking for them to call me the next morning which they did. I spoke with the owner who advised me they don’t normally come down to my area and were so busy that he wouldn’t be able to do so in the period of time I had available. He gave me great information should I need to purchase a new heater and suggested I call Done Right Pool Heating & Air Conditioning first to come and inspect my unit. He advised me this is a company he has dealt with for years and they do not sell and only repair heat pumps. I immediately called Done Right and received great customer service from Brittany. I explained my problems and told her I didn’t want to waste their time and asked if I could send them some pictures to show my damaged heater. I did do this and a short time later she called me back to advise a technician had reviewed what I had sent them and said they could definitely repair my heat pump. She arranged a service call for the next afternoon. Today their service technician Christian arrived at my home an hour earlier after phoning to ensure it would be okay go arrive early. Christian was able to repair my heat pump and thankfully the damage did not burn out the control board and so he only had to replace the burnt out part and a few wires. He spent close to an hour inspecting and repairing the unit and much to my surprise the entire bill came in at $210 including the service call. In closing I have to recommend both of these companies for the service and integrity they all displayed. I felt like we had won a lottery."
