"I was 100% taken advantage of by this company that I hired to clean my pool which was supposed to include weekly brushing/scrubbing the sides, monthly vacuuming and cleaning the filter. First the "stains" on my gunnite (pool less than 2 years old) that I was told I need to drain the pool and acid wash the whole surface which would cost me a lot of money is untrue, they will come out with simple scrubbing and proper chemical treatment. Secondly pool filters need cleaning more often than every 8 to 10 weeks whether they're under a screen or not! I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt for several months but for this last month I watched him come and go in less than 5 minutes each time, never once did he pick up a brush to scrub the pool, vacuum or much less clean the outside filter. I never saw elbow grease into going into cleaning this pool whatsoever. I Do Not recommend!"

"Greg was very responsive to my inquiry. He went to my home and checked out the pool and cage area and told me all that his company would do per week and how much it would cost per month. Very reasonable fee for the work being done. I really appreciate the excellent communication and that Greg will do the maintenance himself. More reason for him to provide great service since he's solely responsible.
