"If I could give ZERO stars I would. Pool built 2 1/2 years ago. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service never returned calls. Horrible experience during pool build. Promised swimming in 60 days which took 5 months. We had to call city to close permits because they never did. Now we have to resurface entire pool due to shotty installation and products used. We have Hydration from ground water seeping through the stucco and looks horrible !! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!’"

"A+++ Working in the pool supply industry, I thought finding a great company to partner with would be easy..... boy was I very wrong! The folks at Miromar were recommended to me by a co-corker of mine that supplies them construction materials. Miromar was not only offering to work with me as an industry partner but wanted to do so as a VIP client! From start to finish the quality of work has been superb. My kindergartner is sooooo excited to finally jump in! As of right now just under 3 months from the dig we are filling it up. Leo, our salesman, Erica the owner and all the others in the office have been great from start to finish. As with all construction projects things happen that aren't planned for, but when we needed super last minute material, Erica and Leo were willing to drop everything and run all the way to Naples to get whatever was needed in their own personal vehicles... no one else would have done that! I can't stress enough that when shopping for pool build quotes, don't just go with the cheapest guy promising the fastest build. Living here in Babcock Ranch, FL the days are hot and you will want to be in the pool/spa all the time. There are some companies that are cheaper but when you find out after all is said and done that they cut a bunch of corners and don't build to today's design and equipment standards, you can be left feeling disappointed. This wont happen with Miromar.... they use great materials. From blowers on all spas with are far superior to the old way of just having an intake on the suction line to pull in air (crazy loud) to using travertine coping around the pool for a more polished look that will be cooler to the touch when hanging near the rim of the pool/spa. I have attached some photos so you can see this is not a fake post at all...these are my own back yard... Cant wait to see it all filled up and ready to go!! just a few more hours. If you are in the market for a new pool/spa especially here in Babcock.. I would highly recommend calling Miromar!!"
