"I don't know what kind of treatment everyone in the reviews got, but my friend and I did not have a pleasant experience at all. Our pedicures lasted less than 20 minutes. I got the deluxe specifically for the hot towels, and she sat one on my legs for maybe one minute. They kept trying to push more expensive services. We had to tell them no about three times and they got attitudes immediately after that. We both still have rough feet and my friend's polish is all kinds of messed up. The person who rang me up looked over the screen specifically to see what kind of tip I'd leave and audibly scoffed when it wasn't a high one. We had such high hopes because of the reviews and the cleanliness, but the customer service was so bad."
"I've been testing several nail salons of different prices. This salon has it all! Location, reasoble prices, people and appeal. I wasn't sure if they would take walk-ins, but I tested my chances. They welcome you immediately, and luckily, I was able to receive service. Love the cleanliness, elegance, and prices. The results were excellent, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I do want to mention that they carry a lot of colors, and if you are into nudes, they also have many tones of nudes."
