"Got my eyebrows waxed at the Benefit brow bar. I usually get very red after normally. But this time was different. I was red for HOURS after, and have bumps all over my forehead above my eyebrows. Nothing helped, Benadryl, aloe, antibacterial soap, and rash creams. NOTHING. Woke up the next day and I still have tons of bumps (attaching photos from the day after) but DO NOT recommend getting your brows waxed here. It’s still here and is now itchy. On my way to prompt care to get it looked at."

"I went to make a purchase at this location on 10/16. I had over $100 in points that I was saving. I made a small purchase. A few hours later all my points were stolen, my email and phone number was changed. Someone had accessed my account and made a big purchase. Now I have to wait for customer service to fix the problem and hope that i can get my points back. When you type in your phone number at checkout the employees can see and access your account. So beware"
