"I was happy with my rental. The service was quick and pleasant and they provided everything I needed."
"The owner is a scammer!! He handles the bookings for West Broward Hall. The hall is nice if you actually get the date you book. We booked almost 30 days in advance for my mother’s repass. Jim called me one week before the event to say “Yea well I’m sorry but your gonna have to find some place else. It looks like we double booked”. I cried and pleaded with him as we had PAID IN FULL for the date. He was very dismissive and downright rude. He didn’t offer any solutions just said “well there’s nothing I can do about it”. Initially, he offered to pay for the reprint of the programs however 2 days later when I picked up our refund he rudely stated “yea well we are not paying anything”. If you don’t want the rug snatched out from under you a week before your event DO NOT BOOK THIS HALL. Party explosion is the company that handles the bookings. They are disorganized and the office looks like a JUNK YARD! Save yourself the headache and litigation!"

I was stressing my baby shower for months but once I meet with the owner Jim my stress disappeared immediately, he was able to get everything on board for me, every question I had regarding my event he had an answer for and was very polite. This company is also very clean and organized unlike most other party companies in this area. I was very happy with my experience. Thanks Jim!!!!"
