I went to Ross in north Federal hwy, fort lauderdale. I needed to change or return a dress that I bought and it had a hole, unfortunately I don't have the receipt and I paid $12.99 for that dress and for not having the receipt they were only returning $0.46, which doesn't make sense. The cashier who attended me used her cell phone while she attended me and then her manager still spoke to me in a bad way I decided to call the customer service number and the attention was worse, the lady sandra who took my call spoke to me in a bad way, she raised her voice and discriminated against me for not knowing how to speak English well, I asked her to speak to the supervisor and she did not tell me she wanted to communicate with her, and when I mentioned that I was going to make a claim, she told me to do so and that she had no problem. I asked for his last name and he did not want to give it to me, he gave me a case number 316597 and I hope it is the correct case number and not one invented by her . This event is very unfortunate since I used to buy in their stores very often but now that I have been discriminated against by all their collaborators I can assure you that my family and I will not buy in this store again. I did not know that the ROSS store was a store that hired racist people and did not know how to give proper customer service.
