"This is the first Walgreens I have come across (26 years being type 1 diabetes so I have dealt with a lot) where I feel like the pharmacists and technicians actually care. They have been working closely with me to get scripts filled for new meds and medical devices… one of my scripts has been taking a few days to get filled but they actually went out of their way to call other locations to see if it’s in stock. While it’s stressful Orlando can’t just get it together and send down the script I need, it’s nice knowing that I have people on my side working to make things easier and do their part to get it filled quicker."

"Cashiers are disrespectful...no shopping carts at all for customers!!! Because of the homeless people who steal them according to the employees Instead of finding a solution to make us the customers able to shop like we deserve the cashier lought at my face and embarrassed me in front of the other customers and employees!!!super disrespectful I will never shop there even again !!!"

"I have had positive interactions most of the time going to this Walgreens but beware the new pharmacy manager. The pharmacy manager decided not to honor my prescription because my doctor is in Orlando. The pharmacist then recommends I get a local telehealth prescription??? How is this any different than my current telehealth prescription? Absolutely unacceptable, and quite frankly dangerous behavior. Now I’m sitting here feeling terrible withdrawal symptoms because a pharmacy manager suddenly decided to change policy. I’m not sure how I’m going to be able to work tomorrow. Consider how suddenly changing policies to revoke access to patient medication affects the lives of your customers."

"This pharmacy and staff (John) should lose their license. Avoid at all costs. I’ve been told going on 3 days that my medicine was in transit and going to arrive later that day. This is the 4th trip I’ve made out here and I was just told again it’s in transit and to try again tomorrow. I’ll be filing formal complaints with the powers to be in the morning. Keeping people without their medication and lying to them about the ETA is not only unethical, it’s illegal."
