"I came in there the owner passed me over to Grandma , who didn’t have clean trimmers or attachments they gave her everything I explained to her to save as much hair as possible she cut me an army boy cut I look a mess the sinks were dirty the place is dirty they act as if my hair was beautiful I lol like a boy it was horrible the owner I guess passed me off to Grandma I paid $50 for a wacko job and the owner act as if nothing happened offered me water like it was well I’m soooo upset but I’m more upset at myself cause I should’ve paid and I should’ve let grandma cut me hair so I’m waiting a good three weeks to possibly do my own hair in some style I will only go to ppl I trust I will wait to I see someone’s hair I love and ask for a referral I’m looking a hot mess !!! Don’t go there! One lady who worked there was under the dryer doing her hair tried to come tell Grandma what to do . The owner no matter how many times I came to her to help Grandma she didn’t she continued to walk around on the phone searching her phone . About an hour later her client came in . I guess if they don’t know u if your a walk in they let the Grannies butcher you for $50. Then she wanted to know why I left a bad review and I guess took a picture of a long standing customer to write a good review . She was not professional at all !!! My hair is still under construction. I purchased a wig . Thank Goodness it’s not so hot outside."

"I had a excellent service here at Irene hair salon. She came to my rescue, what I mean by this. I was on vacation for my birthday and I always go Dominicano salon down the road from Irene. I went to my hair salon I normally go to went I am on vacation and I was upset because they were closed from August 5 to August 7. I panicked and I needed to get my hair done and I checked Irene reviews and they were excellent, I call Irene to see if I need an appointment, she told me no appointment and she have space for me to come right away. She take care of me and I was very happy with her services. Definitely going back want ever I go back on vacation to Orlando."
