"They have great quality hair, but their shipping times are horrible!! I really hate that because I love their product but I am a hair stylist and I’ve missed a lot of opportunities waiting on them to send my hair to me. It shouldn’t take 3+ weeks to fulfill someone’s order and if it does take that long, that should be communicated before a purchase is made. I’ve been ordering from them for 3 years and I never had this issue with them until last year. I continued to order from them after the first incident because I assumed the mishap was a one time occurrence, but here I am coming up on week 3 and I’m still waiting on my hair. I have a loc extension appt next week and I depend on receiving my hair in a timely manner so I have enough time to make the locs. The shipping label was created 12 days ago, but it still has not been shipped. This will be my last time ordering from them"
