"The storefront is located in an unassuming strip of shops but don’t be fooled by this; the owner and operator, Kay, is doing it right. The location is nicely decorated and inviting. Cleanliness is priority here. Every step of the process and products used was explained, which was a welcoming detail. I’ve had my fair share of waxing horrors but not here. Kay is a perfectionist and loves what she does, which is reflected in the quality of her work. She focuses on every detail of your experience and your comfort is priority One. Service performed was a Vajacial (first time) which was a little over one hour. Wax applicators were not double dipped in wax pot, which again, speaks to her attention to detail (did I mention this place is clean?) Let’s face it: waxes are painful and somewhat stress inducing.
