"I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon to anybody. I received a service from the store’s owner Tony Robles back in November of 2023. I had asked for long face framing layers and without speaking to me he cut my first “long layer” in alignment with the tip of my ears. He then walked away from me and never spoke to me again while I was a paying client in his salon. Now hearing from multiple credible sources who worked directly in the salon that he has been stealing from his employees (which made nine of his employees pack up their things and immediately leave) I had to write a review to let the public know to avoid this malicious man. Look up his record you'll find some interesting reading (the record speaks for itself). I hope that no one supports the business of a narcissistic abuser."

How dare you take money that does not belong to you knowing you’re affecting someone’s lively hood. Will no longer be supporting this business. "Came in with high expectations because of the 5 star reviews, left more THAN satisfied and impressed. I can genuinely say as a girl who dyes her hair very often I’ve never been this pleased with any haircut/dye job I’ve ever had done. I got exactly what I wanted, just better. I presented Tony (the owner) and Jennifer (his personal assistant) with my ideas and what I was going for with reference images and they kicked it out of the ball park. I will recommend this hair stylist to absolutely everyone I come across thats looking for a salon. It was my first time here because I was looking to try something new and I can confidently say it definitely won’t be my last time. Tony is a perfectionist and you can tell and feel that he is very passionate about his work, which is rare to come across these days. Trust Atelier salon with your hair, you won’t be disappointed."

"Alejandro Lopez is a hair wizard!! I came in for a consultation and he was very informative with explaining the whole process of our hair transformation. He really puts his time and love into his work. The end result came out better than I imagined and I am ecstatic to have found such a talented hair artist in Orlando. "I get my hair done by Caylan at Atelier salon. She totally destroyed my hair and charged me a whopping $500 for it. I had never been charged that much before and it is insane especially when your hair isn’t done correctly. I went in for a full head of white blonde highlights and left with grey/ brown hair. I was so upset about my appearance and all that money. I didn’t want to complain or ask her for help, but I had no choice. I contacted her and she said to come in for a toner. I went in at the instructed date and time and she was triple booked. She barely spoke or helped me. She just had her assistant put toner on my hair which she said would easily fix it. I couldn’t tell if it was fixed because it was wet and she said she couldn’t blow dry it or she would have to charge me. She dried one piece right in the front. I couldn’t really tell. It looked lighter and trusted her judgement. Wow was I wrong to do that. When it dried it was literally bright yellow and orange. Pictures do not show how bad it was. I am literally embarrassed to leave the house or be seen. I have added pictures of when it was turned brown/ grey and when it turned yellow. How are either of these results acceptable for a luxury salon and $500? I shouldn’t have been let out the door and I don’t want the person who did this to fix it. I’m not crazy. I begged for at least a refund. She said no and that her manager stands behind her. Don’t go there unless you want your hair ruined!!"
