"The icecream is ok. If you want really good icecream that isn't a chain, try Beach House icecream down the road off Lillian. AMAZING! The service was good at coldstone but the icecream was just ok, not great by any means. The place is really dirty. It hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. I haven't been here in awhile but it is definitely going down hill, close to crashing."
"Worst Cold stone ever! Ordered a mint chocolate chip. Fudge. Asked for no brownie. Put a large one in. Asked for a waffle cone and received a cup. Pointed it out and they squeezed the ice cream from the cup to the waffle cone. Paid my 9 dollars. For the brown Mush at the bottom of a cone. Hoping the flavor would be great. Asked since there was some missing from the transfer if I could have a little whip cream on top. Was told No. It was already made and itanother add in which I couldn't have because it was paid for already. I was not opposed to paying extra. Too>kbit out and there was no mint flavor at all. Just Mush brownie.Had to throw it out. I love cold stone and have been to several with friends but this one is a waste of money."

"Went in for a pick order, I was not greeted or asked how I could be helped, two other people walk in after me and are greeted with outstanding service one bought a cake right then and there one picked up an order. I finally asked for my order they said they didn’t have it, they looked again and said they didn’t have the product to make the cake and the order was place the night before. No call email or notification was sent to me before hand so I could make changes. When asked for a refund “Div” the manger with no last name was not there and a refund could not be made by anyone until he came back which was who knows when. It’s a no brained that a manager should be present or a shift lead should be present at all times. Horrible service and resolution to problems. Plain cake for someone’s birthday because of lack of communication and management. $40"
"Very friendly staff and awesome selection of ice cream, milkshakes, and ice cream cakes. Took the kids here tonight and they were so excited to watch the staff mix up their ice cream cups!! Great establishment and very quick service with a smile. Plus its ice cream which always makes people happy!! Great job staff!!! Keep up the good work. You are very much appreciated."
