"Horrible service. Go to another McDonald's, these employes nothing. All there self order machines were broken so we called for an employe severall times sence sence they were doing nothing and still nothing then we had to wait 10 minutes to get our oder when we could see it allready ready. If your going to eat at McDonald's go to a different one not this on .HORRIBLE."

"Our local McDonald's are all changing their decor and no longer offer refill your soda yourself. If you want a refill, you have to wait in line for any where from 5 to 10 minutes. Service is very slow, they don't seem to have enough help."
"I have made my last attempt at patronizing McDonald's! My experience started with McDonald's when the burgers were $0.29! I am done giving any more of the money I earn to this company! Do the math! Not my loss I just left there approximately an hour ago. When I got to the clerk in the window ( very small Asian women) I started to ask who I could talk to about the double charge to my bank the last time we were here! $10.63? Before I could get that question out of my mouth she started in on: "I don't care about your problems, Don't talk to me about it! I don't care. She handed me my $0.10 change and rudely closed the window in my face with full intent of making her point valid! She didn't care. She first muttered something about only being an employee and take it to the next window! Slam!!! Which we did! Jared was very apologetic about the situation and wished us to return, but it's a little to late for me! He assured us that he would speak to her. I trusted that he would, but doubt that any action will be taken for such belligerence to a customer. It's ashamed! Good bye! I will talk about this as often as I can. P.S. If you are wondering if I ever addressed the question about the overcharge? I didn't. They can keep it!"
