"Ultimate selection along with absolutely the best prices in town. They have great customer service and bar none they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. And they don't hassle you to buy something you're not interested in. This is a five-star cigar emporium."
"Horrible. Wont be back. Was good at one time. Rude staff. When it first opened it was great. Also have a time limit on how long you can smoke in the lounge. Many lounges close by that are better. It is a shame. For many years it was a great shop. I probably spent several thousand dollars there. Many of the reviews on here are based on the previous owners."
"I usually get my cigars from total wine but their humidor has been down a few weeks now. Was looking for a special occasion cigar(brothers birthday) and this place was down the road. They closed at 9pm so I had 10 minutes to get there. Showed up at 8:57 and the door was locked. 2 associates looked back and gave me the closed sign with hand gestures. I pointed at my watch as to say “it’s 8:57”! They proceded to show me money they were counting from the register. I pulled out my debit card and said “I can pay with my card”. They just turned there back on me and ignored me. What kind of establishment turns there back on a customer and business. I can care less about there 4.9 review rating, they turned there back on me which I take as an insult. It was a Saturday night and they definitely killed my vibe. Owner of the store, I’d recommend you check you closing log or cameras so you can see my story coincides with my review. 11/13/2021"
"The staff here is extremely friendly. They hand craft many of their cigars and the prices are unmatched elsewhere. I have to say as a coffee drinker they had the sweetest, sharpest coffee I’ve ever tasted. This coffee really has the best flavor I’ve experienced. As someone who’s not a cigar smoker they were extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction. 5:5 you should definitely go"
