"Did not appreciate how I was treated today. I came in with my son around 7pm. There was only 1 other family that had come in behind us, no rush. The young lady assisting me seemed to have just a blah attitude to begin with, but the cake batter ice cream was pretty much empty and it had other flavors mixed in it and I wasn't to font of eating a flavor and another flavor is mixed in so I asked if she could open another cake batter since she would have to anyway. She told me no with attitude like how dare I ask that, and she said what was there was fine. I am appalled at how I was treated, it's unfortunate since I drive almost 25 minutes west to come there because I love the cake batter flavor so much. So much for the customer always being right and with that attitude I don't know if I'll be back for awhile. This isn't my first issue"

I opted for the classic Cookies and Cream, and it exceeded my expectations. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and perfectly blended with generous chunks of delicious cookies. The staff was friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're a fan of indulgent, high-quality ice cream, Cold Stone is a must-visit!"

"I paid $43 for a birthday cake that was lopsided and looked like it was from some cheap big store…you know who you are. It wasn’t even a crazy create your own cake thing, it was a cake they make all the time and is in the freezer up front. The cherry on the cake, no pun intended, was that when I asked for them to write on it all the frosting was frozen and only had yellow. Not a big deal because it’s very gender neutral but what if it was important to my birthday child/children. I was extremely disappointed. I expected it to be worth the $43 they charge. Won’t be ordering from them again."
