"They used to be a good pool company. I have been with them 3+ years and should have left much sooner. My pool looks like it's not even being cleaned professionally and even though they pretend that their pool fee is 150 or 130 a month, each month they charge my card about 300$, sometimes more. When you try to get any explanation, they gaslight you and things get directed to their Texas office, who then acts like they don't understand anything. Most importantly, my pool looks awful. They have had so much turnover, and I've had 3 different people cleaning my pool over the past 6 months. At one point the pool guy just didn't come, and when I inquired they told me he up and quit. The manager told me the guys that clean my pool are "inexperienced" but then he himself wouldn't come out for 2 months of asking, to fix the problem."

"This pool project is most professional and effective. Our pool water is more clear and clean then it has been in the prior eight years. Londyn is knowledgeable regarding all pool maintenance. She informs us of any needed maintenance and the plans to alleviate any future occurrences. Londyn is professional, and educated!"

"I do not recommend. My pool technician doesn't perform the full range of the "full service" option I signed up for and merely takes before and after pictures even if he hasn't even skimmed or cleaned my pool. These companies need to tell their techs that people have security cameras that capture what they do and don't do plus I was home and witnessed this very quick service being done today. Thought a big company like Blue Science would have better employees but I get it - hard to find good workers. In the 4 months that I've had them service my pool, I have not seen my technician brush the sides of my pool ever even though it's supposed to be done and upon visual inspection, last week's mowed grass still clung to the sides of my pool. At $169/month, I expect better service and not be stuck with a technician that takes fake before and after photos and takes shortcuts in cleaning if he knows that I am not home to witness."
