"I did not use the services of Gainesville Spa however, they are in cahoots with “+voupre” which is a kiosk set up in the oaks mall. You can find their products on Amazon for a fraction of the price and they will tell you one price and charge your card a different price. They will also ask you to pay via debit so your not able to dispute or cancel the transaction. Once you purchase a products they try and schedule you an appointment with Gainesville Spa. What a racket, shame on you Oaks Mall for allowing this!"
