"$43 later and this is a dip manicure outcome. I could cry. Horrible. I literally stopped him and asked him to at least clean the nail bed before just slapping base and dipping my nails in the bottom layer and he said they dont clean the nail bed or cuticles with a dip manicure. I go here every two weeks and have never had an issue until recently. Last visit my thumb nail got infected by another manicurist because he cut my nail bed and yanked my cuticle (you know while cleaning the nail during a dip which they do t do) Im disappointed whats sadder is instead of admitting the mistake that they are just rushing through customers like cattle and fixing it even after showing them how horrible it was.. they just spoke about me not knowing I could understand them. I wasn’t rude I was just honest when someone ask for a dip manicure..they should not be paying $43 for this.."

"Dissatisfied Nail Polish awful quality and colors outdated. I pay for dipping powder with “chrome” effect. 3 days later all chrome peel off. Then I went back and they want to blame me as my fault. They pretend they did not understand what I was talking about and they were busy, plus they want to charge me. I came back one week later Sunday. Long waiting and same excuses. Why paying over $40 for the service that doesn’t long last at all?"

"The worst experience in my life with a simple pedicure . Note : The only professional at the salon is the owner gentleman that works there all others not at all . Went for a pedicure the tech made me bleed a lot right when she first started she said sorry i hit the wrong spot/nerve. she had no gloves on ,she cleaned the tub and then went back into touching my feet without washing her hands then had the owner come speak to me for the pain she caused at making me bleed a lot . The owner apologized and finished my nails for her . My nails were already painted from the tech but the owner started cutting and kept grooming my toe nails while painted as if the tech didn’t finish the job correctly. This experience was a very painful disaster . I Just gave birth a few months ago I wanted to pamper myself and this is what I got . A painful disaster . Lady’s run…. I do not recommend this place at all ."

"Gel nails done Monday and it’s Thursday and nails are ripping and coming off . Gel usually last 2 weeks or more when I go somewhere else very disappointed and my feet look like I painted them no clean up or nothing. Won’t be back no wonder it’s always empty when I go!"
