"I had issue with my Pentair Screen logic app where I had trouble with it communicating with it on my local network to the controls after Spectrum updated my modem. It worked ok if I selected remote as if I were gone. I tried everything. They sent Wesley out to fix it and he had no issues communicating with it. So he had me update my app in case there were updates I didn’t have so I removed my app and downloaded it again. BOOM! Worked like it always had. Highly recommend them."

"First time in the store and I was impressed with their customer service. I purchased a Dolphin S200 robotic pool cleaner and their price was very competitive with online merchants. The big plus is if there are any issues I can bring it back to the store instead of having to ship. I already had to call as the instructions on setup needed further instruction and they helped me quickly...the unit is working perfectly. I did a lot of research on robotic pool cleaners and this one model always seems to come up as highly reliable without spending for a lot of bells and whistles that I will never use. Thanks G&S for a great experience."
