"I just went to purchase lottery tickets. I checked them at the self checker before going to the cashier. Handed the cashier my winning tickets and she had a huge problem with me having a winning ticket of $15.00. She was extremely rude and made the entire encounter feel very awkward and confusing as I was unsure as to exactly what ticked her off about simply paying me what I won and distributing tickets. She said that "that's why there is a self check machine." To which I said, "that's what I did, how else would I know I had a $15 winner." She even had a validation ticket showing one of my tickets as having been a $15 winner. Then she said, "some people make a big deal out of $0.50." I proceeded to walk away, as there was no sense in arguing with someone this miserable. I hope that whatever is bothering her doesn't cost her her job."
