"Great customer service! I was in a pinch for chlorine and the company that I have typically dealt with in the past was closed. I only used the other company because they were closer to my house. So I happened to come across Seminole Pool Supply and stopped in. The young lady that helped me was very fast, helpful, and friendly..and their prices were comparable to the other place. I'll definitely have to patronize their business more often."

"Excellent service! We got on a maintenance schedule with them a couple months ago but unfortunately due to a schedule conflict, we ended up discontinuing. We tried Pinch a Penny and Clarify Pool service and they don't even come close to doing what Seminole Pool Supply does. We were so disappointed with the quality of service from the other two that we decided to switch back to Seminole Pool. I'm so glad they could accommodate us again. Alex is a fantastic tech and you can tell that he takes care of your pool like his own! My pool has never looked this good before. I recommend this company 100%."

"Our first time and only experience with Seminole Pools was horrible. They came out to clean my pool for my daughters Bridal Engagement and was not well cleaned. There was residue remaining at the bottom of the pool and leaves floating up top. I spoke with Alexis who claimed to be one of the owners and instead of resolving the problem, she questioned if the wind blew leaves into the pool then, claimed we may have dirtied the pool from cleaning our deck. Being a business owner myself, this is not the type of customer service you want to provide a client especially on the fist opportunity you have to demonstrate your work ethic. The only thing positive thing from this experience was my initial contact with Lauren via phone. I would not recommend this company at all. Part of a great business, is recognizing wrong and making your customer first priority."

"I have been using Seminole pool supply for the past 3 years for service and repair. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done or weekly service. Alexis the person who you speak with that the shop is knowledgeable and very prompt. I have also spoken to Kevin the owner and he is on top of his game. I also love the dog greeters. They are awesome."
