"We were dedicated to leslies until we found out the shock wasn't working. Bought 3 containers put them all in my pool to clear up the water. And nothing happened. Went back the next day to complain. We smelled the chlorine and there was no chlorine smell at all. I am convinced they are watering it down. We werent the only one's to complain. Something is wrong with the chlorine."
"First time owning a pool and of course I was scared. The manager was so nice and assured me it wasn't hard to care for. I buy all my supplies here, do my weekly test on my spa and pool here. And anytime I have a problem he is always willing to educate me and teach me on how my system works. He is very knowledgeable and I even receive points that I use on fun stuff like floats and snorkeling mask! I will always do business here! The customer service and service you can't beat and you sure can't get from no where else! You are not just a customer here, they treat you like family! Kudos!!!"
