"I have been using this establishment for years and know the previous owner Carl. Most recently I have noticed the Chlorine (liquid) does not work well in my pool when trying to clear it up. After slot of money and experimenting with another pool company(Leslie’s) I find that there Chlorine works 100 percent better. Chlorine is Chlorine. The conclusion maybe it’s watered down? Don’t know except that I do know a different location than here (Pinch a Penny) got busted for diluting their stores Chlorine. What else could it be?"
