"Second and last time patronizing this shop. The first experience was nice so I decided to go back for additional services. I was not able to have the same tech so I decided to go with the gentleman (the only available tech). I asked for coffin shaped dip nails. The picture shows the nails in disarray! Each with its own shape. After asking the tech to fix it…which he seemed to dislike…I informed the lady doing my pedi that I was not satisfied with the shape. She asked if he could fix it again. And again he did not appreciate me asking to redo his work. I paid and left. I am here to tell you to either use the other techs or just go to another salon! And the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because the first time was the reason I gave a second shot!"
