"My son had his hair cut here by Juana and it was horrible. Poor kid told her he wanted it cut all over the same length and she cut the front part of his hair but not the back. He looked like he had bangs. He was so embarrassed with the hair cut that he had me fix it and I'm not even a hairdresser. He refuses to go back here and I can't say I blame him. Once you have had a bad hair cut, it scars you unfortunately. I even asked Juana if he told her he wanted it cut all over the same length and she said he told her to cut it all over the same length. Just in case she didn't understand him. So I don't know what the issue was other than just not caring about her work. So sad and disappointing."
