"Wow, 5 years since I started seeing Kim for Beautiful nails.This is a small shop. They do a great job and are very attentive. It is typically a husband wife team. Occasionally,other family members help out. During my last visit, do to my situation I went very short with dip polish. I ❤️ how they look!"

"I don’t normally post reviews or even bad ones. But I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this nail salon. I walked in and was the only customer but somehow it still took 2 and a half hours to get a full set and a pedicure. I normally get my eyebrows, full set, and pedicure and still only spend about an hour an half max at other salons. I’m most disappointed that even though I spent this amount of time I still left feeling like I wasted my time and money. My nails feel brittle but look chunky at the same time. The nails do not look natural and don’t fit my fingers. There are several imperfections. One nail is crooked, one mail wasn’t painted all the way the edge, one mail has bumps, another nail was not filed down and has a bulge in it. I feel like I could have made them look better with press on nails. I am just so disappointed that I wasted so much time and money and will not be back and will have to end up doing to get them completely removed and re done. I feel bad because they were very nice people but they do not so good on nails at least the guy who did my nails took a while and did not seem like he knew what he was doing."
"She is very nice but I just left there and my nails are messed up. They won't dry and she would not fix the paint also one hand is longer then the other hand. I had to pay someone else to fix my nails not happy at all."
"I had received a gift certificate in September and began going to Kim in October and after 3 appointments with her I was one minute late and was on the phone with her because I was within walking distance on college ave but stuck in traffic on blanding and she couldn’t take me ! I was in awe as I was always a generous tipper and always early except today and she had other customers now is what she replied with she had customers now !"
