"I have called these people 5 times since I did a return over a month ago!!! I NEVER even picked up the product, just went in the next day to cancel. The payment was through PayPal and the girl had to pull out a stack of papers and figure out how to do it, then assured me it was done! IT WAS NOT! I keep getting assurance from the online support that it is being handled, at one point someone admitted to dropping the ball on not sending it to finance to resolve. I am NOW CALLING AGAIN TO GET A REFUND AS ITS BEEN ANOTHER 2 weeks with NO RESOLUTION."

"This store has been here for a long time and for good reason. This store has awesome shirts and backpacks along with a wide variety of adult games and parties. The staff is always really nice and fun to talk to. I highly recommend if you're looking for cool and trendy items or looking for some adult entertainment!"
"Most of the staff there is well-informed however one woman after I told her I was getting an ear piercing sold me jewellery I could not use. She was more interested in the sale than getting me the right thing. She looks liked the punk rocker in her 60s from a hair metal band."
