"Every time I go here it’s hit or miss. Either my coffee is good or it’s downright terrible and made completely wrong. More often than not it’s wrong. The majority of people there are rude and unprofessional. I’d be better off adding creamer to pond water and calling that a coffee. It’d probably taste better anyway."
"This Dunkin location is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff is very efficient. The store is immaculate and they go out of their way to make that drink special. Shout out to Sandra and Karen for helping me decide on the perfect flavor today. Thanks for helping to start my day with a smile."
"The facility was firstly clean. I don't know if it was in purpose, but the fact that they had the lights dimmed unlike other places in the morning made it very comfortable for my eyes to adjust so early in the morning. Ms.Jennifer was a absolute delight to see in the morning with her bright smile. With the great customer service her and her fellow coworkers have, ill wait in line for an hour if they asked me to with how much they made my morning so much better."
"As with every fast food establishment or Eatery you have a few negative experiences which often times can overshadow all of your positive experiences. But at this location I can say that I've had many more positive experiences than negative experiences. Some of the staff can have bad attitudes at times, but overall most of the staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile. I had a bad experience at a nother location and the manager at this location made it right. The other location was privately owned in this location would have received nothing in return for remaking my order and giving it to me at no charge. I really appreciate it that kind gesture. Once my mother's coffee was made with sugar and she's diabetic and cannot have any sugar. I took it back to this location and they remade it and apologized very sincerely. So this location has its ups and downs but the one constant is they always try very hard to make it right. The food at this location is better than the other location in the area. And they make a very very good latte or macchiato. Five stars from me. nobody's perfect, but they try really hard to meet customers needs. Also this location is always clean and as you can see from my photos that usually draw a crowd because of the great food, coffees and service."
