"I like the place, and Tyler was quite helpful. I was leery about spending so much on a Jacuzzi vari speed pool pump, but he won me over…just got the install done this morning…just had the nicest guys do what I should call an unacceptable install…as you can see in the photo there is no way to close the cover on the control panel…but that’s not the worst…they were going to leave me with. Non-working pump because they blamed bad breakers for it not powering up…thank god I grabbed my own multimeter and showed them there was power…and they found one wire not connected inside the pump…guys, I can do a poor job myself…I expect more from people that do it for a living. I still have concerns now about that control cover…I should not have that for $1800 spent"

"Would not honor buy 10 Chlorine get 1 free Punch Card from last year. Yes I should have redeemed it earlier, but I just found it. Manager said they ended that program and would no longer honor it, despite no expiration date on card. OK fine, I won't shop there anymore."

"I'd do a 1 star but I had such a great experience in the past... This was my new favorite store a few months back. Victoria was amazing and she and Eddie helped us open the pump and get parts replaced. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind. So of course when I noticed some leaking on 6/15 I called them first to see if they could help. I spoke with Tim who took my name, number, and the issue and said he'd call "right back". 6 hours later, no call. So I called and the person who answered said "oh he had to run to another store, he'll call you back when he gets in". 15 minutes later he called "what was your problem again?" Didn't write it down I guess? Then they said the first available was 5 days later so no pool circulation for 5 days. I said "well, if something opens up I'm around the corner, can I get on a wait list?" and he said "oh I have no way of doing that or even talking to them about that" what? I know the service staff is in-house, what do you mean you can't talk to them?? So anyway, Eddie came out, was very helpful, great, made a few adjustments. Then come Saturday morning and my pool pump turns off, I get it to turn back on a bit later. It's odd, it was JUST working, I just spent over $50 in store that morning with chem to get my pool ungreen (from the 5 days it was off the prior weekend). It would turn back on but then shut off again. So I called the store, Tim again. He took my name, number, and issue and said he'd call "right back". This is now Monday morning that I write this, two days later, never got a call back. I can't say I'm shocked, fool me once, right? So here I am with a green pool (couldn't get the algaecide to circulate for 24 hours as I was supposed to so that's money down the literal drain), out the money, not sure what's going on, and absolutely no reply. I am glad Victoria went on to bigger and better things and I hope she's happy but this store is losing my business because of the lack of organization and response. Maybe they want my pool to get greener and greener so I have to come in and shell out another $50? So bummed. I really don't want to have to order from Amazon or go to the other store around the corner.... :("
