"Merrill Park is a great park for toddlers and young children! It has several playground sets, which allows them to explore their abilities. Plus, the playground is really shaded with trees so it helps with the Florida heat. In addition, to the great playground, this park has 3 baseball/softball fields, a beach volleyball course, and some other convenient amenities. Finally, the park has a nature walking trail that goes behind the baseball fields and is next to a beautiful little creek."
"Nice facilities, thought it was just a kids playground, but it’s a fast pitch softball academy as well. Fields are really clean and well kept. Parking seems to be a walk so get there early if you’re watching someone play!"
"Here for a girls softball game……very nice facilities. There was a family having a birthday party under the pavilion. Very nice party area up by the playground…..sporting facilities are awesome. Great concession stand, real meat Bergers and sandwiches. Whether your taking in a game or just having a fun day at the park with the kiddos, this is a great place to visit! The weather was awesome as well! Always makes for a great day!"
