"This review is strictly about an employer at this location. I have been shopping at this location since 2013, but I have never encountered a lack of professionalism and courtesy from an employee like this. The moment I got into the store he loudly said "we don't have salt". OK, how about "Hi... How can I help you". There may have been a 100 people before me asking about salt after this week's storm, but that is not the way to greet customers. I was there to buy a pool pump. I started asking him about purchasing and installing a pump. His answer was this is the only kind we have and I can't tell you when it will be installed. I told him my pump stopped working a few days ago and the pool is turning green, is there a way to just get an estimate on the repair with an approximate timeline. He suddenly left and walked away to the back of the store. I decided to leave, but I still had some customer loyalty to Leslie in me, so I decided to go to Leslie's Ocoee branch on E. Silver Start Road where I was treated much better and ended up buying the pump from them after answering all my questions with a date for install."

"Two weeks ago I left a NAVIGATOR for repair. The repair was promised in 3 or 4 days. After 2 weeks I received the information that it was not fixed and they had no way of telling me when they could do it. I asked for the manager and they told me he wasn't there and would probably only be back after 2 days. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. How can you believe in a company like this????"

"I will never buy nothing from them anymore. I ordered by website a acid on March 6. I drove to the store to pick it up the lady told me I have to wait 1 week and they will call me. So I really need it for my job. In March 16 I called to the store asking about the guy said we don’t have your item yeat you have to wait. So I tried to get my kidney back because I had to bought from the other store they responded me saying it was shipped to the store in March 10. What’s going on??? Where is the item?? Seriously I don’t think they care about costumer."
