"Great little hidden park. There is a path that goes around the edge of the park. It had a playground with jungle gym and swing seat, pavilion with lots of picnic tables, and water fountain, and disc golf baskets. There is a nine hole course layout on UDisc for the baskets. It’s a challenging course with some long throws and some short shots, and it is fun; but not the best design. If there are other people using the park you may not be able to play as the design has you throwing over the pavilion and swing set. It looks like the baskets were placed at the park with the intention of having them used for putting practice or as a par 2 pitch and putt course. It doesn’t appear to be used by very many people. If I lived within walking distance, I’d frequent it much more."

"A great park, a bit of something for everyone! Located near the heart of downtown Windermere! Plenty of parking, with walk up access as well. This park has a good playground, with separate jungle gyms for the little ones as well as a nice climbing structure with slides for bigger kids. There is also a large swing set, with 2 assistive swing chairs to accommodate disabilities or very small children. A small fire-engine themed climbing structure also allows for some imaginative play. A beautiful live oak also sits near the center of the park, and there are some low hanging branches that allow for some good old-fashioned tree climbing! Something like 4 or 6 picnic tables under a pavilion provide good space for get-togethers. There are a few benches situated around the different areas that accommodate many walks of life. There are also a couple of disc golf baskets, with enough room for a nice couple of mid range drives and a few trees to add a bit of technical challenge for putting. There is also a circuit training course that encircles the entirety of the park. Something like 8-10 different exercises along a paved pathway. My only complaint would be that there is only a wooden post/rail fence around the whole park...... Which does not leave much in terms of security for the little wanderers among us. However, the park itself is situated a block off of main street on the back dirt roads, so there is a mitigated risk of vehicular traffic. Overall, a beautiful and peaceful park with enough variation of activities to please just about everyone. 5 out of 5 stars. I'll be returning here for the foreseeable future because it is just lovely!"
