Especially, the warm welcome and genuine kindness exuded by Laura Thompson at the front desk. She makes coming to the gym at 5am a delightful experience and her positive energy is felt by all who have the pleasure of crossing paths with her."

"A lot of machines are “scheduled for maintenance” at any given time. The machines which are working show signs of rust and disrepair. Not a signature as they would like you to think. But the staff is nice"

"This place is absolutely amazing! I just started attending last month and it has been life-changing. Having a disability and being able to work out to push my limits and to achieve my physical fitness goals is a dream come true the equipment is great the staff is great, but one particular individual that just inspires me and motivates me, and is one of the main reasons I signed up to have a membership is Jenni. Her energy is absolutely infectious! She is empathetic, friendly, approachable, and just an all-around amazing human being. "Great gym. The Zoom a with Denise is amazing!! She has so much energy and keeps you going . She scheduled morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Check your insurance to see if you have the Silver Sneakers. That means your LA fitness is paid for by your insurance. Yay!! The place is very clean and the people using the equipment are very good at wiping down the equipment after using it. I would highly recommend going to this gym. They also have a long swimming pool with aquatic fitness. They have a sauna room and a whirlpool. Employees often go into the locker room to make sure that everything is clean and wiped down."
