"Completely unsatisfactory!! Checked in online, proceeded to the store as directed. When the stylist was ready, with an empty chair, she called up someone other than the person who was next on checkin. Which was listed on their own computer. I guess it depends on if you know them or not. I have spent a lot of money on haircuts there but I will drive further in the future than go there again. They probably could care less about this review and may even delete it as building business and relationships with customer don't matter anymore."

"I'm so glad that this great clips is new and walking distance from my home. Tori is the best stylist and knows exactly how to cut my hair consistently every. She has also cut my wife's hair to her liking as well. A while back my wife received a disaster of a haircut from another location, but Tori was able to fix the cut for her. She pays attention to what you want and offers advice, tips or tricks."
