"I've had Tri County pool service for over a year. Any problems are dealt with quickly and everyone I have had contact with has been competent and easy to talk too, from the techs, office staff and owner. I highly recommend Tri County Pool and Spa."

"Generally services are performed on time. Seem to have high turnover of employees and that does impact services. Increase billing without notification and only accept auto-Pay so you won't know until after the fact that your bill has increase as they have little to no communication skill. I give the three star rating due to the cost and communication. General services provided I would rate as 4 stars"

"WARNING......Do not use this Company. The owner is the rudest person I have ever done business with. The way he treats his customers is horrible!!! Can't even figure out their own billing system. Do not deal with this company!!!! I've also had someone who I trust watching my home and they wrote this: I've also called on behalf of her while I've watched her home for her and she has never had complaints about you or your company. Her complaints about the owner recently are very valid and things that needed to be addressed on a professional manner, what kind of business owner screams and yells at their customer? Not one I want to be involved with!! The owner is rude and disrespectful to a high paying customer, what kind of business is that? PURE AND UTTER DISRESPECT!! The only reason I hung up on TRI COUNTY was because I was getting yelled at and disrespected, what kind of business can't figure out billing when a customer wants to pay 2 months in advance? I do not recommend this company!"

"Our technician was fantastic (Brian), kept pool and hot tub sparkling. We quit company because management was so arrogant and rude. I don't care what the problem is their is no excuse for him not letting me talk (I am 68 year old handicapped woman); I've never been treated so rudely. He hung up on me twice talked down to me like I was stupid. I was not allowed to speak never in all my years have I dealt with such arrogance, rudeness and just plain nastiness."

"We bought a new home in Fruitland Park Florida, Tri County had been servicing the pool for the previous owner. We were sad to leave our previous pool company but they didn't service this area so we decided to give Ray and Tri County a go. Their pool maintenance and cleaning services are reasonably priced. The maintenance man Bryant is professional and knowledgeable. We also had them install a new gas pool heater. Ray provided us with a written quote quickly by email. They accomplished the job quickly and affordably. Showed up on the promised day and time. The 333,000 btu Heater works great. They did a clean install, labeled everything, cleaned up after themselves, and even hauled the dead heater away. Their installer/repair technician, Mike is extremely smart. He took the time to explain everything, all the settings, and how to use the bypass if necessary. While "walking me through" even more about the pool, He discovered a problem with the in-floor pool cleaning system. Mike showed me exactly what was wrong, and the parts that needed to be replaced. He had the parts on the truck and took care of the problem immediately. We also identified a safety issue with the spa's drain, they had to order the part, it arrived quickly and they came out and installed it. It happened so fast we didn't even realize that they had been back out and taken care of it so quickly. We're super pleased with this company's responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and their entire staff. I've talked with each of their team members that came out to provide service, each has been with company multiple years. It's a good sign that a company retains quality employees. It means that the people caring for my pool are experienced. That matters to me. Good pool companies are hard to find, if you are reading this review you've found a good one.
