"Brought in a sample of my water because we have had a ton of rain lately hand I've had to lower my pools water level multiple times in the last 3 weeks, and as a result my chemical balance has been thrown off resulting in a very green and cloudy pool. Brought them a sample of my water told them the size of my pool and he gave me a printout of exactly what I needed to do. These pictures are a before and after. Only took around 3 hours for my pool to become blue again. I've been fighting this green pool for weeks now. And one visit changed it. 5 stars."
"Great experience!! My husband called and they were out next day. Had to come back twice (pool was pretty bad) but didn't make me feel like it was just about the money. Gave me advice on maintaining it! Steve, Mark, and the girls at the counter had such professionalism and great personalities!! Highly recommend for all pool above ground needs!!"
"Leobigilda had amazing customer service she answered all my questions. She is VERY knowledgeable. She is like a doctor of pools!Being new to the pool world I was worried that I was going to be pushed to buy things that weren’t a necessity at the time, she was very helpful recommending products that didn’t break the bank. I was able to get a sand filter and all the necessary items to go with it. She was the only worker at the time and she handled it so well. There were multiple customers coming in and out and she was able to attend to everyone. You don’t see many workers like her nowadays and it made my day seeing someone so passionate about their job and working well while being understaffed. Thanks for a great experience I will be back soon! The day I came in was on 07/22/2021."
