"This used to be my favorite thrift store, besides the location in Lutz, which was closed. But, to be honest, the prices are now outrageous. I was just in the Zephyrhills location 4 days ago and I couldn't believe my eyes! If I didn't know any better, I would think I was at an antique store. I most always buy something, but walked out empty handed. I understand EVERYTHING is going up, but things are donated at thrift stores. This price increase is just not realistic. I guess they are looking on line to see what people are selling things for? I don't sell anything I buy, it's for my own use. Besides the price increase, I have noticed a change in the feel of the store. I know that the manager from the closed Lutz store- Wes, moved to this location a few months back and it seemed like he was trying to bring a more enjoyable experience to the store. I noticed there was music playing and he was rearranging things a bit. But, the last few weeks I've not seen him, so maybe he's moved on elsewhere? What used to be an enjoyable outing for me has become quite a downer. Oh how I miss the Lutz location, Wes did a wonderful job running that store!!"
"Terribly rude. The older woman who works upfront with grey hair and glasses was unbelievably rude and it was not necessary. She was sarcastically commenting that she couldn't come to the register because this work wasn't going to do itself. Wont ever go again. Just a complete witch. The clothes have stains and smell bad and they have holes. ZERO STARS"
"We have found some super stuff here though it can be hit or miss. You can find: lots of clothing (men, women, infants and kids); furniture; games and puzzles; lamps; dishware, kitchen items, small appliances, and cutlery; jewelry; household decor; books; records; bric-a-brac; collectables; random electronics; and hobby items. There is usually an abundance of items to assist the elderly: canes, walkers, potty and shower chairs... do they have adult diapers.... Depends They have specials often and holiday sales as well as a "fill a bag" deal for select items usually outside in the front of the store"
